Our Client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to help drive coordinated planning and execution across a diverse portfolio of strategic initiatives. This role will play a central part in supporting leadership to enhance programs, strengthen governance, and implement a modern, province‑wide system.
This is a part‑time role. Standard Hours of work are between 8:15 to 4:30 with a maximum of 20 hours per week. Must be Canadian Citizen to apply and work within Canada at all times.
Qualifications Bachelors Degree and Project Management Designation e.g. (PMP)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact and collaborate professionally with a diverse group.
Direct experience in a non‑IT project management role. (10+ years)
Experience developing change management deliverables including Change Strategy and Plans, Training Strategy and Plans, Stakeholder Impact Assessments, Communication Strategy and Plans. (5+ years)
Experience developing project deliverables including project charters, business cases, briefing notes, status reports, risk logs, project closures, dashboards. (5+ years)
Experience planning, organizing, scheduling and monitoring concurrent projects. (8+ years)
Experience working with change management, policy changes, staffing changes, or other organizational change as part of service transformation and implementation. (5+ years)
Experience leading project governance, change management and communication activities. (5+ years)
