Position: Employee Manager (with Warehouse Operations Support) #2014

Recruitment & Staff Management:Lead the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring warehouse personnel.Ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide ongoing support and training to new employees.Work closely with warehouse supervisors and team leads to understand staffing needs and performance goals.Foster a positive work culture and ensure high employee engagement and retention.Employee Development:Identify training needs and organize skill development programs for warehouse staff.Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching to support growth and development.Implement strategies to improve employee retention, motivation, and productivity.Warehouse Operations Support:Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring high standards across departments.Collaborate with the Warehouse Coordinator to address any staffing gaps during peak times or absences.Monitor and maintain safety standards, working closely with the safety team to ensure compliance with regulations.Communication & Coordination:Maintain open, effective communication with all warehouse staff and other departments.Assist in conflict resolution and promote a collaborative environment across teams.Ensure that all warehouse policies, procedures, and safety guidelines are followed by employees.Avantages

Experience in staff management, with the ability to attract, hire, and retain talent.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of ERP/WMS systems is a plus.High School Diploma (Business-related degree preferred).Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or employee management, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.Flexibility with work hours to meet the needs of the business.Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety standards.Excellent organizational, decision-making, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Profil recherché
