Job Description
How You’ll Makean Impact:

In your new role as our  Area General Manager Food Services , you will lead and direct multiple teams through their daily activities.

Your role will include arranging all food services across multiple locations ensuring client satisfaction.

You will lead your team through food safety training and lead a strong safety culture within a very high volume food service environment
Provide formal supervision to employees, monitors the training and development of staff
Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
Schedule and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.
Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings
Perform facility inspections quality assurance following physical and food safety regulations.
Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.

Qualifications
Qualifications

Post secondary education, ideally in business management, hospitality, facilities coordination, Environmental Services. Equivalent experience and education may be considered.
Minimum 5 – 7 years in similar or progressive roles in hospitality, guestservices and catering
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing safety programs, return to work/modified duties programs and strong familiarity with WCB/COR Audits and other related safety programs
Minimum 5
-7 years in progressive leadership, supervisory, and managerial roles.
High level of proficiency in MS office suite applications
Project Management & Project analysis:
Ability to read, analyze, interpret and forecast a project’s cost reports and determine the status of the job regarding schedule and costing
Strong financial management experience; budget creation, forecasting, interpreting financial data (profit and loss statements)
Ability to pass both a standard background check and Vulnerable Sector Screening
Valid drivers license
