What will you do?
Ensure facilities are secure in accordance with Edon Management’s standards and facility’s contract requirementsProvide leadership and training to security guards to ensure proper security of facilities, including those at new sitesManage and respond to critical incidents by coordinating staff for adequate responseReview incident reports and investigate internal security issues as requiredPerform hands-on security duties and provide back-up support in cases of unscheduled security guard absences.Liaise with clients and address security requests and issuesEnsure security related Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) requirements are being metWork on a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekendsWhat are we looking for?
Must have a valid Security LicenseMinimum two years of experience in a security-related supervisory roleExcellent knowledge of security practicesStrong command of the English language (reading and writing)Strong customer care, communication and client management skillsStrong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead a team of staff to accomplish objectivesProficient computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook We are proud to provide opportunities and career development to a growing team and to have welcomed many new team members over the past several years.
