With more than 15 years of leadership experience across both private and public post-secondary institutions, Dmetri brings a proven record of strengthening educational operations, compliance, and strategic enrolment management. His appointment signals AAOCC’s renewed commitment to advancing the voice of high-quality, student-focused career colleges that help Albertans train, retrain, and thrive in today’s evolving economy.

Dmetri’s mandate will focus on four key priorities:

Expanding compliance, leadership, and operational excellence programs for Alberta colleges and their staff.

Promoting transparency and best practices that reinforce public confidence in Alberta’s private career education sector.
