WHO YOU ARE?
Senior Building Managers are the first point of contact for leading the organization. This role is primarily responsible for the general management and oversight of the property to ensure that a superior level of co-operation, service and support is provided to Residents. Senior Building Managers have a strong ownership mindset and customer service to ensure that Hazelview Properties is the preferred landlord of choice.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?
Completion of High School or general education degree (GED)2+ years of related experience in a customer service or related roleComputer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Yardi would be an asset, Email, Internet)Excellent communication is required. Ability to speak other languages is considered an assetA professional demeanorAbility to accurately listen, understand and respond to issues appropriatelyAbility to work and act independently using good judgmentAbility to remain calm and focused in high pressure situationsSelf-motivated individual with a “can-do” and “no task is too big or too small” attitudeFlexibility in schedule – some on-call requirements for emergenciesWHAT WILL YOU DO?
Ensuring that a superior level of co-operation, service and support is provided to residentsPromptly responding to resident issues and service requestsResponsible for enforcing the terms of lease agreements, such as rent collection, rules and regulations, and following procedures of serving notices to residentsResponsible for the day-to-day operations of the buildingEnsuring the apartment complex is maintained and cleaned in accordance with company standardsResponsible for “move-in, move-out” proceduresAssisting in training on-site Team Members on operational proceduresRepresenting company at Landlord Tenant Board hearingsWHAT WE OFFER YOU?
