Position Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end oversight of emergency and restoration services. From the initial site assessment to project wrap-up, this role ensures that work is completed efficiently, safely, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, insurance representatives, subcontractors, and consultants, the Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Manage restoration and insurance-related projects from start to finish, ensuring scope, quality, budget, and timelines are metCreate and edit detailed Xactimate estimates and floor plans that meet BELFOR and insurer requirementsMaintain accurate documentation in internal platforms and insurer systems (Xact Analysis, Encircle, Docu Sketch, etc.)Secure work authorizations, permits, and client deposits while ensuring job compliance and efficiencyCoordinate schedules for personnel and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achievedServe as the main point of contact for clients, adjusters, and consultants—ensuring transparency, timely updates, and satisfactionAttend site inspections and communicate with regulatory officials to ensure legal and safety complianceStrengthen client and industry relationships through networking, site meetings, and industry eventsManage project financials including billing, collections, and final sign-offsUphold safety standards by leading hazard assessments, enforcing PPE use, and reporting incidentsRespond to emergency calls and provide leadership in high-pressure situationsOffer feedback and mentorship to field teams to encourage continuous improvementPerform other reasonable duties as assignedQualifications
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalismUnderstanding of customer service principles and job site etiquetteStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProven decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilitiesDetail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility toward client property and informationAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyValid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle per BELFOR’s Auto Policy3+ years of experience in a project management rolePost-secondary education in Construction, Business, or Project ManagementExperience with building codes, permits, and safety regulationsProficiency with Xactimate, Xact Analysis, Encircle, and Docu Sketch is a plus.
