Adecco is currently hiring a temporary full-time motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to work for our client in Edmonton, AB In this role you will be responsible for inventory and asset management, and related equipment maintenance.

  • Pay Rate: $ 21.50/hour
  • Location: Edmonton, AB
  • Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintaining Medical Equipment
  • Support daily operations for distribution
  • Shipping and receiving
    · Communicating via phone and email with internal and external customers
  • Administrative duties including but not limited to sorting and filing
    · Comply with company safety policies and procedures
  • Comply with company inventory management and related policies and procedures
  • Role requires maintaining the warehouse clean, by sweeping, mopping spills, maintain of toiletry supplies in washroom etc.
  • Cleaning shelves, maintain safety standards of walkways
  • Breaking down boxes for recycling
  • Asset Management
  • Management of customer owned equipment
  • Participate in bi-annually physical inventories
Qualifications and Skills:
  • High-school diploma or equivalent experience
  • 1-year experience working in a customer service environment
  • Inventory management experience is an asset
  • 3 years valid driver's license with a clean driving record is an asset
  • Safety conscious and able to operate analytical and mechanical equipment
  • Customer focused, patient, organized, and the ability to set priorities and follow through on tasks.
  • Self-motivating
  • Accurate and detail oriented
  • A team player who can work within tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365:
    Must be able to efficiently use Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Proficiency using smart phone technology
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • JDE experience is an asset
  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
