SUMMARY OF THE ROLEMammoet is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to support our EMD (Equipment Maintenance Department) team at our Edmonton branch. The successful candidate should demonstrate multitasking skills while following guidance from the EMD Manager and be capable of independently completing tasks. This role is suited for a dynamic individual who excels in a high-energy environment and embraces daily challenges.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGResponsibilities (including but not limited to)
Conduct all business in a professional, respectful manner.Understand and support Mammoet, SHE-Q and Business Policies and Procedures.Collects and files, all equipment documentation, crane and maintenance reports, word orders etcExecute administrative work as directed by all levels of EMD department management and coordinatorsEnters mechanics time sheets into SAP for payroll.Enters certificates, drawings and other pertinent information into SAP.Updates and maintains equipment certification files into SAP.Creates any project-specific reports when necessary.Records any meeting minutes as requested by EMD Manager and Supervision.Other tasks and responsibilities as passed on by EMD management.Telematics & GPS support.Travel & Accommodation coordination.Oil Sampling assistance.WHAT YOU’LL NEEDEducation & Experience
Education
High school diploma or equivalentExperience
Intermediate computer skillsSAP experience an asset, willing to trainMinimum 2-3 year experience in an office environmentCharacteristics

This will be a full-time position operating out of our Edmonton, AB location on a full-time basis.
