Repair and Maintenance Associate

Overview  We are seeking a skilled and dependable Repair and Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs within commercial facilities. This role requires a proactive approach, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities   Perform general labour tasks such as basic repairs inside and outside of a facility.
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety protocols and industry standards.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
Coordinate with other team members and external contractors as necessary.
Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and in good working condition.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and communicate effectively with management and colleagues.
Operate basic hand tools and equipment as required.
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and storage areas.
Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors promptly.
