Position: Cleaner (Full-time Temporary)
Position Summary
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Cleaner is responsible for cleaning related duties within their assigned location(s) within a residential multi-family setting.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Sweep, scrub, mop, wash floors of entrances, laundry roomsPick up of garbage inside and outside of the buildingsVacuuming of the hallways- carpeting, area rugs, hardwood and vinyl floorsShampoo carpets & rugsWipe down appliances inside, out and behindDust furniture, clean all metal fixtures and fittingsCleaning of windows, walls, surfacesClean toilets, wash basins, taps, mirrors, tubs and showersClean, mop, disinfect kitchen, polish kitchen fixtures and appliancesOther related duties as assigned by Regional ManagerQualifications and Requirements
Must have experience in cleaning jobMust possess a valid driver’s license (Class 7 holders are not eligible)Must possess a reliable vehicle to use at workMust successfully complete a security clearanceFlexible to work 5 days a week, may include weekendsEffective communication and team working skills
