We’re seeking a Snow Removal Worker for an immediate start in Edmonton.
What We Offer:
  • $22/hour + 4% vacation pay added to your rate
  • Monday to Friday
  • Shift timing may vary but need coverage between 6am – 8pm
  • Weekly pay, every Friday!
  • Immediate start
  • Free WHMIS training
  • What You’ll Do:
  • Remove snow and ice from driveways, sidewalks, parking lots, walkways, building entrances, stairs, and other designated areas.
  • Operate various snow removal equipment such as snow blowers, snow brushes, skid steers, plows, shovels, and ice scrapers.
  • Spread salt, sand, or ice-melt products to prevent slippery surfaces and maintain public safety.
  • Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly during snowstorms or icy conditions, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ensure all equipment is cleaned, maintained, and properly stored after each use.
  • Complete assigned routes within required timelines while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Report hazardous conditions, damaged equipment, or property issues to supervisors immediately.
  • Assist with general outdoor maintenance duties as assigned during non-snow periods
  • What We’re Looking For:
  • Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions (cold, snow, wind).
  • Experience operating snow removal equipment (preferred but not required).
  • Strong physical stamina; ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform repetitive movements.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work on-call during winter months.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to following safety procedures and wearing proper PPE.
