Join our team and experience a rewarding and challenging work environment with skilled and supportive teammates. We are currently accepting resumes from dedicated and energetic individuals who are looking for a position as a Rentals Lot Attendant at our Calmont Equipment at Bobcat of Edmonton, AB.
As a Lot Attendant, your primary responsibility is to keep all rental units clean and ready for delivery or displayed neatly in the yard. Some job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Inspect equipment for noticeable defects and damages.
- Record the description of damages and list missing items on the delivery receipt.
- Park new equipment in assigned areas.
- Keep the equipment lot neat and orderly, moving machines as directed by the Rental Manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
- Pick up equipment and deliver to storage or customers.
- Check all machines to make sure they are working properly and advise Rental Manager of any problems.
- Keep equipment keys stored in a secure location and ensure all machines are locked.
- Pick up and deliver parts, personnel, and paperwork as required.
- Replace missing or defective small parts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License.
- Skid steer experience would be an asset.
- Equipment knowledge considered and asset.
- Self‑starter with the ability to perform in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Customer service skills would be an asset.
