We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled System Implementor to lead the deployment and lifecycle management of Procore and other vendor-supported IT applications for project management, project controls, and construction management.

  • System Implementation:

    • Deploy out-of-the-box, vendor-supported applications (e.g., Procore) to support project management and construction workflows.
    • Collaborate with vendors, internal IT, and project teams to ensure smooth configuration and rollout.
    • Ensure alignment with detailed functional and technical requirements
  • Enhancement & Support:

    • Implement minor system enhancements to meet evolving business needs.
    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users during the project lifecycle.
    • Maintain documentation and training materials for end-users.
  • System Decommissioning & Data Archiving:

    • Plan and execute the decommissioning of applications post-project.
    • Archive relevant project data to a hosted data in accordance with company policies and data governance standards.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience implementing Procore or similar construction/project management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of project controls, construction workflows, and IT systems integration.
  • Experience with data archiving and cloud-based storage solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.
