This full-time, in office, opportunity is available for candidates who have the ability and desire to deliver exceptional client service, is supportive of their community and can easily adapt to an ever- changing industry.

• Assist clients with their daily insurance needs in person or through technology
• Provide quotes and sell/upsell new policies to clients
• Generate client referrals through community involvement and events
• Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers
• Commit to self-development through internal training and industry education

• Willing to pursue insurance license coursework and successfully complete Level 1 general insurance exam, with financial support upon hire
• 2+ years of customer service experience and/or other related experience
• Ability to deliver an outstanding client experience using expert knowledge and sales skills
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
