Why This is the Perfect Opportunity for You

If you enjoy figuring out how things work - and how they should work - this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact.

You’ll operate at the intersection of technology, operations, and process design, helping shape the systems and workflows that power our internal teams. This is not a maintenance role. It’s an opportunity to assess current-state operations, identify gaps, and build scalable solutions that improve efficiency, governance, and user experience.

You’ll have the autonomy to question assumptions, bring structure to ambiguity, and influence how our internal platforms and processes evolve. If you’re someone who sees inefficiencies and instinctively starts mapping out a better way, you’ll thrive here.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a systems-minded problem solver who can balance analysis with execution.

You likely have experience in business analysis, operations, systems implementation, or process improvement — and you’re comfortable moving between discovery, documentation, and delivery.

What You’ll Do

Process Analysis & Redesign

  • Lead discovery sessions to understand current workflows across IT and operational functions
  • Map and document processes, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and control weaknesses
  • Design improved future-state workflows that are scalable and repeatable
  • Develop SOPs, playbooks, and governance frameworks
  • Systems & Workflow Enablement

  • Assess how existing platforms and workflows support business operations
  • Identify opportunities to enhance process flow, automation, and reporting
  • Support enhancements or implementation of systems that enable operational effectiveness
  • Ensure alignment between processes, systems, and governance standards
  • Operational & Project Support

  • Lead or support cross-functional initiatives related to operational and technology improvements
  • Assist with operational initiatives including new locations, acquisitions, and divestitures
  • Help define scope, gather requirements, and coordinate stakeholders
  • Track timelines, risks, and key deliverables to support successful outcomes
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure initiatives move forward effectively
  • What You Bring to the Table

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, project coordination, product ownership, or process optimization
  • Experience supporting and/or implementing operational or business systems
  • Strong process mapping and documentation skills
  • Experience gathering, structuring, and translating business requirements into functional solutions
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across business and technical stakeholders
  • Experience supporting or leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills — written, verbal, and visual (, process maps, diagrams)
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Comfort coordinating timelines, documentation, and vendor interactions as needed
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • A product mindset: empathetic to end-users, focused on value delivery, and driven by iteration and continuous improvement
  • The Perks:

  • Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package
  • Employee Vehicle Purchase & Service Plans
  • Employee and Family Assistance Programs
  • Paid holiday and flex time for full time Auto Canada employees
  • Company-wide appreciation events and contests throughout the calendar year
  • Professional development and the opportunity to grow your career
  • And those are just the basics. We strive every day to create a workplace culture that embraces diversity and inclusivity, ensures fairness and…
