Our valued client is seeking a Senior SAP Cloud Architect to lead the migration of SAP PI/PO to SAP BTP Integration Suite and support integration between on-premise SAP ERP systems and cloud-based SAP solutions, including SAP S/4
HANA
The role focuses on designing secure hybrid integration architectures, rebuilding and migrating integration flows, validating performance and functionality, and ensuring scalable, future-ready integration platforms. The SAP Cloud Architect will collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver integration modernization aligned with enterprise standards and best practices.
Must Haves:
10+ years of experience working with SAP PI/PO5+ years of experience working with SAP BTP Integration Suite5+ years of experience working with SAP CPI3+ years of experience performing SAP PI/PO migrations to SAP BTP Integration SuiteDemonstrated experience working with cloud-based SAP interoperability technologiesStrong knowledge of concepts and components of SAP BTP Integration SuiteExperience supporting hybrid SAP landscapes integrating on-premise and cloud environmentsTasks:
Verify and validate configuration of SAP BTP Integration Suite environments, including tenant setup, connectivity, and security controlsDeploy and configure SAP Edge Integration Cell to support secure hybrid integration scenariosEstablish and maintain secure communication between on-premise systems and SAP BTP Integration SuiteRebuild and migrate existing SAP PI/PO integration flows to SAP BTP Integration Suite using migration tools and pre-built contentImplement hybrid integration scenarios leveraging Edge Integration Cell capabilitiesValidate migrated integrations to ensure functional equivalency and performance optimizationSupport and oversee unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activitiesEnsure integration platform performance, scalability, and readiness for future enhancementsDevelop comprehensive documentation including architecture designs, migration guides, and operational proceduresProvide post-go-live support and stabilization activitiesCreate a recommendations document that includes:
Detailed migration approach and integration architecture strategyIdentified risks and mitigation strategies related to PI/PO to BTP migrationSecure hybrid integration design patterns and governance considerationsTesting frameworks and validation strategies for migrated integrationsPerformance optimization and scalability recommendationsKnowledge transfer and operational sustainability plan
