Senior Product Manager, Platform Adoption and ; Serverless - Security Analytics

Elastic seeks an exceptional Senior Product Manager for Platform Adoption and Growth (Elastic Security) to help scale our Security Serverless solution. This role focuses on driving adoption, growth, and expansion by bringing Elastic’s security capabilities and platform to market through a fully managed, usage-based experience. You will lead cross-functional initiatives that connect product telemetry, platform scale, and go-to-market execution to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Working closely with security and platform product leaders, product marketing, sales, data analytics and customer success, you will shape how Security Serverless succeeds across large and complex deployments while balancing customer value, scalability, and operational efficiency.

• Drive adoption, growth, and expansion of Elastic’s Security Serverless solution by translating product and business telemetry into clear product, platform, and go-to-market actions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Security, Platform, Infrastructure, Testing, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to improve onboarding, ingestion, migration from on-prem to serverless, and large-scale deployments.
• Use experimentation and feedback loops to identify adoption friction, reduce churn risk, and improve key growth and business metrics.
• Apply an understanding of SOC workflows and AI-assisted security capabilities to guide adoption of AI features in Security Serverless, ensuring they are usable and effective at production scale.
• Partner with security, platform, and finance leaders to improve platform efficiency and operational cost structure, with focus on cost efficiency, margin impact, and sustainable growth.
• Champion Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies to optimize the usage-based funnel, removing friction from trial to enterprise-wide consumption.

• Proven experience in Product Management for technical products, ideally in security or large-scale infrastructure environments.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI and data tools, such as Cursor, Claude Code, Big Query, etc., to streamline data analysis, build impactful dashboards, and extract actionable insights.
• Deep understanding of hyperscale cloud infrastructure, decoupled compute and storage architectures, and experience managing products that handle petabyte-scale data pipelines.
• Strong ability to use product and business telemetry to understand customer behavior and guide decisions.
• Highly analytical mindset, with hands-on experience driving experimentation, learning from results, and iterating based on data.
• Ability to work effectively across engineering, platform, and go-to-market teams.
