Change Management Specialist
Client: Government of Alberta
Ministry: Children and Family Services (CFS)
Location: Edmonton, AB (Remote – must work from Alberta)
Start Date: March 16, 2026
Duration: 12 months (extension possible)
Hours: 36.25/week
What Client Is Looking For (Simple)
Certified Change Management professional (PROSCI or CCMP) with 5+ years experience leading digital/data transformation change initiatives.
This is not a junior change analyst role.
MUST HAVE
Education
Bachelor’s degree (related field)
Certification
PROSCI OR CCMP (mandatory)
No certification = do not submit.
Nice to Have (Adds Score)
Public sector experience
Experience in large/complex organizations
Information management policy experience
Experience with Alberta Children & Family Services
Mandatory Experience (All 5+ Years Required)
Candidate must clearly show:
5+ years in a formal Change Management role
Developed Change Strategy & Change Plans
Stakeholder engagement & analysis
Delivered executive communications & presentations
Developed and delivered training materials
Led and facilitated meetings with leadership & stakeholders
Worked with MS Project tools
Experience in data/digital transformation initiatives
