Our Client is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead an enterprise ERP upgrade initiative, with a strong focus on financial systems. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience managing ERP upgrades and will work closely with Finance, IT, and external vendors to guide the organization through the entire upgrade lifecycle—from planning and design through go-live and stabilization. This role requires a project leader who can translate technical activities into business impacts, manage risk, and ensure Finance stakeholders are supported and prepared throughout the upgrade.
This is a hybrid role. Must be Canadian Citizen to apply and work within Canada at all times.
Skills ERP, PMP, ITIL Type Contract Experience Required/Mandatory SkillsProven experience with Project Management methodologies.
5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
Strong experience working with Finance teams on financial systems or ERP transformations
Solid understanding of financial business processes and system dependencies
Minimum 5 years progressive Information Technology experience and a broad knowledge of Information Technology.
Skilled in executive reporting and stakeholder communication up to C-suite.
PMP or related project management certification.
Proven experience leading ERP upgrades is considered an asset.
Public sector experience is considered an asset.
ITIL v3 or v4 certification is considered an asset.
