MS Project Tools, ERP, PMP​/Prince, Agile

Demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager on a large complex software application development project in a large and complex environment. (5+ years)

Experience defining/managing project scope and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders. (5+ years)

Experience developing project deliverables including project charters, business cases, briefing notes, status reports, risk logs and project closures. (5+ years)

Demonstrated experience managing IT application development projects with large teams (at least 5 team members). (5+ years)

Available to lead frequent (daily) face-to-face / remote meetings with clients and technical teams as required.

Experience leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all levels. (3+ years)

Experience leading change management and communication planning. (3+ years)

Experience developing and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships across the organization, including executive level. (3+ years)

Experience using MS Project tools in a project server environment. (3+ years)

Experience working with staff, contractors and vendor teams. (3+ years)

Working knowledge of Agile software development methodology and scrum process. (3+ years)

Ability to work closely with Process Owners and other key stakeholders to communicate progress (3+ years)

Deep understanding of project implementation methodology (3+ years)

Experience managing resources throughout the project delivery lifecycle (3+ years)

Experience working on a large/complex projects working with multiple Project Managers. (3+ years)

Canadian education (e.g. certificate, diploma or degree) or your foreign credentials certified by Immigration Canada, IQAS
