Position: Senior SAP S/4HANA EWM Functional Analyst for an end-to-end Implementation with a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
We are seeking a senior-level SAP S/4
HANA EWM Functional Analyst with deep expertise in Outbound Logistics Execution within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment.
The ideal candidate will bring strong end-to-end S/4
HANA implementation experience, leadership capability, and hands-on functional expertise in complex warehouse environments.
This role requires someone comfortable leading workshops, identifying process gaps, and designing functional solutions aligned with SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP EWM Outbound process design and configuration (picking, packing, staging, shipping, HU/TU management)Manage integration points between EWM and:MM (Materials Management)SD (Sales & Distribution)PP (Production Planning)Logistics ExecutionEnsure master data alignment (materials, storage types, warehouse structure, batch management, etc.)Identify gaps between business requirements and SAP standard functionalityConduct requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholdersPrepare and deliver client-facing EWM workshopsDevelop functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows)Support inbound/outbound processing, inventory management, handling units (HU), and transportation units (TU)Collaborate with technical teams for build, testing, and defect resolutionPrepare training documentation and support end-user enablementProvide leadership and guidance to junior team members where requiredMust Haves
5+ years of hands-on SAP EWM functional experienceStrong experience with SAP S/4
HANA EWMProven experience in end-to-end SAP S/4 implementation projectsDeep expertise in:Outbound processingInventory managementHandling Units (HU)Transportation Units (TU)Master data governanceIntegration points across SAP modulesExperience leading client workshops and presenting functional solutionsStrong understanding of logistics execution processesExperience preparing functional design documentation (RICEFW)Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsLeadership capability and ability to drive discussions independentlyNice to Have
Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industryExperience in food manufacturing environmentsSAP EWM CertificationSAP Fiori experience (apps configuration, user experience optimization)Fully bilingual (French & English) –
