Senior IT Procurement Specialist responsible for leading and managing technology procurement initiatives for Court Technology Services, ensuring transparent, compliant, and efficient procurement processes aligned with government policy and project objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop procurement and contracting documentation to support transparent and fair open procurement processes.
  • Support the development of procurement recommendations, including resource requirements, dependencies, and policy implications.
  • Produce and package procurement deliverables for presentation to internal teams, steering committees, and stakeholders.
  • Manage procurement activities across multiple IT projects and governance streams.
  • Collaborate with business and IT leadership to develop comprehensive procurement-related project plans (objectives, scope, risks, benefits, budget, and timelines).
  • Document and report procurement project status, milestones, budget, and resource tracking.
  • Facilitate issue tracking, resolution, and closure related to procurement processes.
  • Support development of work plans, resource estimates, and project schedules tied to procurement deliverables.
  • Provide guidance to project resources to ensure timely completion of procurement and contracting tasks.
