The successful candidate must be located near a Canadian Blood Services site and will be working a mixture of on-site and off-site work based on the parameters for our operations to meet the needs of our donors, our staff and our communities. The IT Internal Customer Experience team manages the delivery and operation of IT services related to employee experience and productivity, blood operations, data & analytics and optimization, making IT more effective, reliable and consistent.
In this role, reporting to the Manager, Custom Productivity Solutions, you will serve as the primary interface between internal business customers, the Custom Productivity Solutions team, and third-party vendors. You will lead the planning, development or acquisition, and implementation of business systems that support critical organizational needs.
