Our client requires two (2) designers to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive service innovation and digital transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting user research, developing service blueprints, and designing prototypes to improve service efficiency and user experience. These roles also involve integrating human-centered design principles into program reviews and managing change strategies for new service delivery models.
Work is remote.

Responsibilities
Duties Include:
Apply human-centered design methodologies to program review and digital transformation projects.Conduct user and behavioral research, usability testing, and concept validation to inform service improvements.Develop service blueprints, journey maps, process maps, and prototypes to enhance end-to-end service experiences.Analyze multi-channel user and employee experiences to identify gaps, opportunities, and actionable solutions.Facilitate co-design workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to implement new processes, policies, and change management strategies.Deliver strategy documents, performance measurement plans, and integration roadmaps for service innovation initiativesMandatory Requirements
2 years’ experience with service design research and outputs.2 years’ experience working within a cross-functional product team in an Agile environment2 years’ experience working within digital transformation initiatives for provincial public sector clientsDesirable Requirements
2 years’ experience planning, conducting, and analyzing findings from, creating representations of and reporting on qualitative field research.3 years’ experience planning, conducting, and analyzing findings from, creating representations of, and reporting on co-design workshops with service users.1 year experience planning, observing, analyzing, and reporting on usability testing of production or prototype systems.2 years’ experience working as a Service Designer in a cross-functional team to deliver a digital service, including concept testing and service prototyping.3 years’ experience working in or for the public sector.2 years’ experience working with change management, policy changes, staffing changes, or other organizational change as part of service transformation and implementation.2 years’ working as a Service Designer on a project comparable in size and complexity to the service innovation, program review, and/or digital transformation projects.
