Our Client is is seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Consultant with deep expertise in the Microsoft 365 CRM platform hosted on Azure. This role is critical for providing specialized technical and functional guidance to the team, ensuring robust solutioning, and fostering skill development among team members.
While this role is remote, must be Canadian Citizen to apply and work within Canada at all times.
Skills Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure, Power Platform, Type Contract Experience Required/Mandatory SkillsProven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in Azure environments.
Deep knowledge of Customer Service and Customer Insights & Journeys components.
Strong proficiency in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and its integration with CRM.
Strong understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics cloud CRM data model.
Demonstrated senior technical leadership roles with MS Dynamics 365 CRM Cloud initiatives.
Ability to analyze business processes and design CRM solutions that align with goals.
Experience in configuring, customizing, and extending CRM functionalities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Preference to candidates with relevant Microsoft CRM certifications.
Knowledge of Logic Apps as an integration tool is beneficial.
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Experience with Azure services related to CRM deployments.
Familiarity with data governance and security best practice in CRM environments.
