Proficiency in SQL, data querying, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Proficiency in system integration, testing methodologies, and documentation standards.Strong understanding of information systems best practices, including testing and disaster recovery planning, application support, collaboration with clients and vendors, application security compliance, change management, and client training.Excellent written and oral communication skills with the proven ability to present complex information in a clear and concise format.Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities, adept at building relationships, influencing decisions, and driving alignment across cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups.Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, with proven ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions for complex issues.Highly effective organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects and competing demands in a fast-paced environment.Collaboration and relationship-building capabilities, skilled at working with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives in dynamic, team-oriented settings.Comprehensive skill set combining advanced business analysis expertise with strong technical proficiency, enabling effective support and management of complex systems and solutions.
