Senior Service Designer – Remote (Canada)
We are seeking Senior Service Designers to join a digital transformation initiative focused on creating efficient, user-centric services. You will work in cross-functional teams to review, design, and improve services using human-centred design, agile methods, and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field research, co-design workshops, and prototype testing
Develop user stories, journey maps, service blueprints, and process maps
Analyze user and employee experiences across multiple channels (web, mobile, in-person, print, social media, phone)
Recommend process, policy, and operational improvements to enhance service delivery
Collaborate with teams to prioritize features, refine backlogs, and support sprint planning
Conduct usability testing, iterative delivery, and performance measurement
Document service strategies, roadmaps, and performance metrics
RequirementsProven experience in human-centred design, service design, or UX for digital services
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (SCRUM/Hybrid)
Hands-on experience with prototyping, co-design workshops, journey mapping, and usability testing
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to analyze complex processes and design scalable, user-focused solutions
