Position: Senior ServiceNow Developer to build custom automation, integrations, and support real-time routing and case logic

S.i. Systems municipal client is looking for a Senior Service Now Developer to build custom automation, integrations, and support real-time routing and case logic

1 year contract to start, possibility of extension/ conversion to permanent employee. BC candidates HIGHLY preferred. Hybrid (every other Wednesday onsite, as well as once a quarter multi day planning sessions in a week period)

Must Haves:

Advanced JavaScript + Glide API expertise

Experience with business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, REST API integrations

Hands-on experience with Open Frame and CTI adapters (or Service Now Voice scripting)

Scoped app development and UI customization in Agent Workspace

Custom assignment logic, dynamic SLAs, and performance optimization

Experience with asynchronous processing (e.g., Queue Handlers, Event Handlers)

Comfortable with debugging, unit testing, and code documentation

Nice to have:

CSM (Customer Service Management) module experience
