Recruitment Partners Inc. is looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant who is passionate about connecting exceptional talent with outstanding organizations. We are seeking an internal recruiter who will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding both client and candidate relationships. You will leverage creative sourcing strategies, engage your network, and bring top talent forward for our clients' hiring needs.

Your success will be defined by your ability to:

Candidates & Client Relationships
  • Develop proactive recruitment strategies to strengthen client opportunities and build a deep, diverse talent pipeline
  • Evaluate candidates using a structured screening process, considering qualifications, motivations, and long‑term career goals
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with candidates while maintaining an active and engaged talent pool
  • Match candidates to client opportunities with accuracy and insight
  • Negotiate salary, benefits, and employment terms with candidates while ensuring alignment with client requirements
  • Maintain strong industry connections to stay informed and generate ongoing referrals
  • Network and prospect actively to identify potential candidates in the local market
  • Meet with clients to understand their hiring needs, manage expectations, and support successful placements
  • Conduct proactive business development including outreach, networking initiatives, marketing efforts, and participation in career fairs
  • Coordination & Execution
  • Provide exceptional service to clients and candidates by ensuring strong alignment between skills, requirements, and expectations
  • Meet weekly performance targets in recruitment, business development, and client engagement
  • Craft compelling job descriptions designed to attract high‑quality talent
  • Coordinate pre‑employment steps such as reference checks, candidate preparation, and ongoing communication
  • Manage and support contract employees during their assignments
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal colleagues to support search execution
  • Collect and clarify all relevant search parameters, including responsibilities, qualifications, compensation, and reporting structures
  • Manage the end‑to‑end search lifecycle, including candidate selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
  • Handle multiple search assignments simultaneously with a focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction
  • Provide timely updates to clients and deliver meaningful feedback to candidates
  • Ensure strong alignment with organizational culture and personality fit during selection
