We are seeking an internal recruiter who will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding both client and candidate relationships. You will leverage creative sourcing strategies, engage your network, and bring top talent forward for our clients' hiring needs.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:Candidates & Client RelationshipsDevelop proactive recruitment strategies to strengthen client opportunities and build a deep, diverse talent pipelineEvaluate candidates using a structured screening process, considering qualifications, motivations, and long‑term career goalsBuild and nurture long‑term relationships with candidates while maintaining an active and engaged talent poolMatch candidates to client opportunities with accuracy and insightNegotiate salary, benefits, and employment terms with candidates while ensuring alignment with client requirementsMaintain strong industry connections to stay informed and generate ongoing referralsNetwork and prospect actively to identify potential candidates in the local marketMeet with clients to understand their hiring needs, manage expectations, and support successful placementsConduct proactive business development including outreach, networking initiatives, marketing efforts, and participation in career fairsCoordination & ExecutionProvide exceptional service to clients and candidates by ensuring strong alignment between skills, requirements, and expectationsMeet weekly performance targets in recruitment, business development, and client engagementCraft compelling job descriptions designed to attract high‑quality talentCoordinate pre‑employment steps such as reference checks, candidate preparation, and ongoing communicationManage and support contract employees during their assignmentsEnsure effective communication and collaboration with internal colleagues to support search executionCollect and clarify all relevant search parameters, including responsibilities, qualifications, compensation, and reporting structuresManage the end‑to‑end search lifecycle, including candidate selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordinationHandle multiple search assignments simultaneously with a focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfactionProvide timely updates to clients and deliver meaningful feedback to candidatesEnsure strong alignment with organizational culture and personality fit during selectionYour strengths include:Strong business acumen with the ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced environmentA dynamic, outgoing personality with the confidence to take initiative — including picking up the phone to engage new prospectsExcellent relationship‑building abilities and a natural talent for connecting with people at all levelsDemonstrated business development capabilities and comfort with networking and outreachExceptional organizational skills with the ability to balance competing deadlines effectivelyStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with clarity and professionalism across all interactionsA goal‑focused, team‑oriented mindset paired with a strong commitment to client and candidate experienceA positive, flexible, "can‑do" attitude and the ability to contribute to a supportive, collaborative culture
