Manager, People & Culture

Our client is seeking a Manager, People & Culture to shape a high‑performance, people‑first workplace. This role is responsible for advising leaders on people decisions, leading full‑cycle recruitment, advancing workforce planning, and delivering engaging onboarding experiences. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and coach who can balance empathy with accountability in a dynamic environment.

Your success will be defined by your ability to:
  • Partner with leaders to provide strategic counsel, coaching, and decision support on people matters
  • Own end‑to‑end recruitment to attract, assess, and hire high‑caliber talent
  • Build and execute workforce plans aligned to current and future organizational needs
  • Deliver a consistent, high‑impact onboarding experience that accelerates new‑hire ramp‑up
  • Strengthen succession planning and talent development to grow internal capability
  • Lead performance enablement including SMART goal setting, feedback rhythms, and development planning
  • Equip leaders with practical toolkits and training that improve team management and engagement
  • Guide fair, consistent employee relations practices and issue resolution
  • Promote a safe, healthy workplace and ensure adherence to applicable safety and compliance requirements
  • Use HRIS and people analytics to identify trends, measure program impact, and provide actionable reports to leadership
  • Your strengths include:
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally at the manager or HR business partner level
  • Strong command of HR best practices, employment standards, and workforce planning principles
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with leaders at all levels, with excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Experience driving engagement, recognition, and culture‑building initiatives
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and data‑driven decision‑making
  • Sound judgment, problem‑solving ability, and a balanced, people‑centered approach
