Responsibilities

Processing of work pass applications/renewals/cancellations (WPOL/EPOL/MYE) and liaise with relevant authorities/embassies on foreign workers related matters.
Manage recruitment for office including screening, shortlisting, and coordinate on the interview arrangement.
New employee's on-boarding, new staff orientation, benefits administration, performance management and exit process.
Assist in managing and controlling foreign workers benefits utilization such as leave, medical benefits, etc, as per Company's HR policies and procedures.
Process work injury case and liaise with insurance agent/insurance compensation claim process.
Responsible for monthly payroll processing and other payroll administration including attendance and overtime checking.
Manage and support in training arrangement and development.
Initiate and organize employee welfare activities, i.e. annual dinner, company outing, social activities, teambuilding, CSR events, etc.
Maintain and upkeep employee/workers file and ensure filing is up to date.
Response to queries regarding HR policies, procedures and programs.
Government grants/claims submission and reporting.
Coordinate closely with Operations supervisors and Managers.
Undertake other HR functions as and when assigned from time to time.
Consolidate and submit month reports to top management.
Arrange and coordinate workers’ training and certification courses, including BCA Core Trade, Safety Orientation Course (SOC), and other mandatory or skill-development programs.
Liaise with outsourced IT vendor for IT equipment and to set up email accounts for new employees.
Maintain the filing according to ISO 9001:2015 & OHSAS SS506 standard procedure.
Insurance on company vehicles, employees and projects.
Requirements- Candidate possess with Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent will be advantageous.
- Min IT knowledge will be advantage.
- Good team player, with high initiative and good execution skills.
- Good knowledge and interpretation of the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations for foreign workers related matters.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience preferably in construction sector.
