Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior HR and Payroll Executive to oversee and manage the full spectrum of human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Singapore employment law, contract preparation, and HR governance, ensuring the company remains fully compliant with all statutory and regulatory requirements while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the full spectrum of HR operations and administrative functions, including preparation and processing of payroll in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.
  • Assist with off‑boarding of employees, including work pass applications, renewals and cancellations, and ensure employees have completed all exit formalities in compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) or Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) guidelines.
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy.
  • Recommend or participate in the development of new procedures and policies related to payroll operations; assist in coordinating approved changes within payroll processing and updating affected policy/procedure manuals.
  • Prepare and submit IR21 tax clearance and yearly IR8A, always filling and ensuring confidentiality of all salary and salary‑related information.
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert and/or resource in all payroll matters, responding to complex matters requiring comprehensive knowledge of payroll policies and procedures.

Academic

Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.

Working Experience

Possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a payroll or finance related environment. Experience as a Payroll Specialist and knowledge of the full spectrum of payroll functions.
