What Where HR AdministratorManage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and employment contract preparation.
Handle Work Pass applications, renewals, cancellations, MOM submissions, and foreign worker bonds.
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and handovers.
Process monthly payroll, tax clearance (IR21), annual IR8A filings, and employee reimbursements with strict confidentiality.
Maintain employee records, leave tracking, benefits administration, and timesheets.
Manage staff insurance, medical claims, and work injury compensation cases.
Support performance reviews and prepare HR documentation, including re‑employment contracts.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and company events.
Support training coordination and maintain training records.
Coordinated company mobile phone plan administration and vehicle Esso fleet card renewals.
RequirementsMinimum 1–3 years of relevant HR experience
.
Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent professional qualification.
Proficient in payroll processing and HR administrative procedures.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English (required to communicate with Mandarin‑speaking employees).
Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Able to work independently and in a fast‑paced environment.
