A staffing and recruitment agency is looking for an HR Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment and HR administration for a seasonal workforce in Edmonton. The role includes onboarding, maintaining employee records, and improving HR processes. Ideal candidates have over 3 years of HR experience, preferably in construction, and strong organizational skills. This position is based 100% on site with the opportunity for diverse HR projects during the off-peak season.
