We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive, Catering Operations with 2-3 years of catering industry experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will coordinate all operational aspects of catering services to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute catering events from start to finish.
• Ensure timely delivery of catering services and maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage vendor relationships.
• Implement and maintain operational procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Address any operational issues or customer concerns promptly and effectively.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• Proven experience in catering operations, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong organizational, coordination and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Able to commit to a 6-day work week
