About this opportunity
As part of this role, you’ll travel within Edmonton and nearby rural areas to support our community care teams. You’ll work on a rotating evening and weekend schedule, with regular shifts of four days a week from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Reporting to the Care Manager or designate, the After-Hours Community Care Supervisor provides ongoing coaching and guidance to community employees, while ensuring the immediate needs of clients are met through the effective supervision of community-based staff. This role represents the organization in a professional, compassionate, and responsive manner.
