Our client is seeking a driven and analytical Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role in delivering meaningful financial insights that influence strategy and operational performance. In this position, you will partner with leaders across the business to interpret financial data, uncover trends, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations that support sound decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver deep financial analysis on monthly results, highlighting key drivers, trends, and variances against budget and forecast.
• Build and present high‑impact financial reports and dashboards that equip senior leadership with timely, decision-ready insights.
• Partner with Operations leaders to provide financial expertise that strengthens operational planning, performance management, and resource allocation.
• Develop and enhance ad‑hoc reports and analytical tools to evaluate customer profitability, pricing strategies, margin opportunities, and operational efficiencies.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycles, challenging assumptions, validating inputs, and ensuring accuracy across all business units.
• Maintain the integrity of financial data through complex balance sheet reconciliations and rigorous review of financial records.
• Support compliance and internal control standards, ensuring reporting accuracy and alignment with policies and accounting requirements.
• Champion continuous improvement by streamlining reporting processes, identifying automation opportunities, and contributing to successful year‑end audit activities.
• Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources to produce clear insights, trend analyses, and recommendations that enhance business performance.
