Position: Senior Analyst, Investment Performance & Analytics
Job Summary:The IPAR team provides independent, insightful, accurate, and timely
investment performance measurement, analytics, and attribution analysis for clients and Total AUM across all portfolios and strategies. The team works closely with internal investment teams and
client relationship groups to deliver high-quality performance insights and reporting. As a
Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in client care, relationship management, performance analytics, attribution analysis, and discrepancy investigation while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:Support analysts in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on investment portfolio and strategy performance across public and illiquid asset classesAssist in producing performance measurement and attribution results for Investment Management, Executive, and other business divisionsReview and approve daily and monthly performance and attribution reports prepared by the teamInvestigate performance discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of issuesSupport rotational deliverables including daily, monthly, and quarter-end reporting tasksParticipate in special projects including research of industry best practices and development of enhanced analytics capabilitiesMonitor and support implementation of changes to performance measurement systems and methodologiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and investment teamsTranslate complex investment data into meaningful commentary and insightsRequired Experience:Experience working within the investment management industryStrong analytical thinking and advanced problem-solving skillsExperience assessing and validating data qualityUniversity degree in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related quantitative fieldNice-to-Have
Experience:
Experience with performance measurement and analytics across public and private asset classes, including derivativesAdvanced understanding of the asset management industry across multiple asset classes and complex instrumentsKnowledge of valuation methodologies and accounting treatmentsExperience with Fixed Income performance attribution calculationsExperience in client performance reporting and investment commentary writingRequired Skills:Investment performance measurementPerformance attribution analysisData validation and quality assessmentPreferred
