AboutThe Role
At ATB Financial, we're more than just a bank. We're a team dedicated to making banking work for people. As a Client Service Representative
, you'll be the welcoming face of ATB, providing essential banking services in a friendly, approachable manner, and building meaningful relationships with our clients. You'll take the time to understand their financial needs, offer personalized solutions, and connect them with the right resources. You'll be a key part of a dynamic team, ensuring every client interaction is positive, efficient, and leaves them feeling valued.

- This is a temporary 4 months unionized opportunity
- This role is based out of the Edmonton Killarney branch, but on occasion may be required to travel to neighbouring branches.
- This position will be scheduled to work at multiple locations in the Greater Edmonton Area (includes Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Leduc, Sherwood Park, Ellerslle, St Albert Tudor Glen) that are different from your primary work location to cover absences and/or where required for business reasons. This role is fully in-person at a variety of locations; with a regular commitment to have you operate from your home branch for coaching, connection and learning opportunities.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their unique financial needs and goals, providing tailored solutions and guidance.
- Skillfully introduce and educate clients on our digital banking tools and platforms, empowering them to manage their finances with ease.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve client issues efficiently.
- Adhere to best practices, policies, and regulations, accurately processing transactions and maintaining the security of branch assets.
- Actively participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Flexible and collaborative team player with a passion for helping others.
- Adaptable. Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment with a willingness to learn and solve problems creatively.
- Currently enrolled in post-secondary program (Business or Finance is a plus, but not required) and strong numerical aptitude.
- Customer-Focused Background:
Experience in retail, hospitality, or volunteer roles where you’ve thrived in a customer-facing setting. - Curious & Eager to Learn:
An interest in the banking industry; while familiarity with financial products or previous banking experience is an asset, we are primarily looking for your potential and a great attitude!
