Valuation Specialist
Pathfind has an immediate opening with a well-established Public Practice Firm. They are seeking a collaborative Valuation Specialist. The Valuation Specialist will be responsible for providing business valuation and transaction advisory services to a variety of clients.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Preparation of business valuations, due diligence assignments and financial analysis in respect to transactions, reorganizations, disputes, and tax filings.Consult with clients, client’s counsel, and representatives of companiesAnalyzing and interpreting clients’ financial and non-financial informationObjectively identify risks and opportunities that drive value for theConduct related industryObtain a basic understanding of our clients’ businesses and learn their bestAdvising on purposeful recommendations to clientsRepresent client at networking and industry events to leverage new businessEducation & Experience
CPA designationCBV designation or enrolled and working towards CBVMinimum 5 years of progressive professional accounting experience at a public practice firmExperience in preparing business valuation reports, due diligence, purchase price allocations and financial models.Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax regulations and legal documents in a financial environmentExperience leading and mentoringSkills & Knowledge
Business acumenProven relationship builderExceptional organizational skills and diligenceOutstanding interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent critical thinking and critical thinking skillsStrong time management and organizational skillsAdvanced computer skills including Microsoft SuiteWhy you need to work here.

o The salary range is $100,000 to $120,000 depending upon experience.
