Summary
Slot Attendants are some of our most valuable front line people and assist our slots customers in many ways. This position requires an individual who has strong interpersonal communication skills, is energetic, and a team player willing to learn new skills.

Ensure guests are provided with superior customer serviceAdhere to policies and procedures outlined on the slot floorAdminister hand pay jackpots, bill exchanges with guests, machine maintenance including diagnosis of machine malfunctions, ticket games, and game diagnosticsBalance assigned daily cash floatIdentify and report counterfeit billsResponsible for the initial response to customer complaints, claims, and inquiriesEnsure compliance with AGLC terms and conditionsMonitor and report risk and safety concerns to ensure a safe environment for both associates and guestsSupport and communicate with all associates on the casino gaming floorExecute daily assigned operational goals and objectivesEnsure the slot floor meets desired presentation for guestsMaintain a positive and respectful attitude with a “One Team” mindsetActively promote the Casino’s Players ClubUphold a teamwork appearance helping where available or when requestedAny other duties as requiredRequirements
Able to maintain security clearanceMust be available to work scheduled days, evenings, and weekendsFluent in the English languageHave reliable means of transportationMaintain an updated AGLC Gaming Worker’s licenseAbility to grasp instructions and adjust to changing conditionsWork Conditions
