  • Key Responsibilities:

    Service:

  • Greet customers promptly, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.

  • Communicate with customers to identify repair needs, prepare accurate estimates, and obtain required approvals.

  • Open, update, and close work orders with proper documentation of labor, parts, and authorizations.

  • Coordinate with technicians and warranty staff to ensure accurate information, scheduling, and manufacturer authorizations.

  • Keep customers informed on repair progress, timelines, and any changes in costs or work required.

  • Review completed repair orders and invoices for accuracy, and review details with the customer at pick-up.

  • Support a safe, organized service department by following processes, maintaining security of vehicles and keys, and escalating issues when needed.

  • Parts:

  • Sales: Assist customers in selecting parts, equipment, and accessories that perfectly meet their RV needs, and identify opportunities to upsell and increase sales where appropriate.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure our stock levels are optimized by managing inventory, placing timely orders, and making sure products are properly stocked and displayed.
  • Order Processing: Provide efficient and accurate order processing, handling transactions, and ensuring timely delivery or pick-up of parts to satisfy customer needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay on top of the latest RV parts, accessories, and industry trends, providing expert advice to customers and helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
  • Stronger Together: Collaborate with the Fixed Operations Supervisor to maintain optimal shop flow and timely completion of services.
  • What We’re Looking For:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Customer Service Representative, or similar role in automotive/RV/heavy equipment preferred.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.

  • Ability to prepare and explain repair estimates, invoices, and warranty documentation accurately.

  • Experience coordinating with technicians and managing work orders in service management systems (, G2/IDS or similar).

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and follow processes in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of dealership/service department operations and commitment to safe working practices.

  • Experience with RVs is an asset, but not required—we’re happy to train motivated individuals!
