Proposal Engineer, Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

• Read and interpret drawings and perform quantity take-offs.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ).
• Review and understand tender documents, contracts, specifications, and terms and conditions.
• Analyze quotations, prices, and rates, including rate build-ups and cost estimation.
• Responsible for the full tender lifecycle, encompassing bid strategy, costing, risk assessment, submission, and negotiation to secure new projects.
• Undertake any other duties related to the business activities of the holding company, as assigned.
• Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within stipulated timelines and project constraints.

• Degree or Diploma in Building, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the bored piling industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in preparing bored piling tenders.
