Lead a Project Team of consultants, contractors, developer in daily-site activities

To manage M&E construction projects and to monitor the projects are carried out with respect to the target schedule.

To attend project meeting and to coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and sub contractors.

Preparation of Progress Claim, Materials Submission, Risk Assessment, Progress Report, Shop Drawings & As Built Drawings for projects.

Assist in settlement of project final account including variation orders.

Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Project, Auto Cad, Project Management

At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field

Preferably Managers specializing in Electrical Engineering
