Senior Principal Piping Designer

Purpose  We are currently recruiting for a Senior Principal Piping Designer. Our team includes world class experts and dynamic go-getters. This is a full-time position based in Edmonton, Alberta.
Responsibilities   Lead and mentor a team of designers.
Oversee the development of piping deliverables.
Coordinate with multiple disciplinary teams to ensure seamless project integration.
Review and approve engineering deliverables for accuracy and compliance.
Provide on-site technical guidance and resolve complex design challenges.
What You Will Bring   Technical and Industry

Experience:

10+ years of piping experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of piping codes, standards, materials.
Proven ability to manage projects and deadlines.
Proven experience in developing and reviewing plot plans and equipment layouts for industrial oil and gas facilities such as refineries, pipelines, gas processing facilities, infrastructure while ensuring compliance with safety, operational and client specs.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
Proficient in design software such as E3D, S3D, Plant 3D, CADWorx, Navis, 3D scans.
Required  Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training   Institute of Applied Science and Technology or equivalent.
Certificate/Diploma in Process Piping Drafting (Preferred).
