Key Responsibilities   Develop detailed structural designs and calculations for a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Utilize advanced engineering software to model and analyze structural components, contributing to safe and efficient designs.
Work closely with architects, project managers, and construction teams to integrate structural solutions seamlessly into overall project plans.
Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and site data to provide technical guidance and support effective decision-making.
Conduct thorough inspections and reviews during construction phases to verify adherence to design specifications and safety protocols.
Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and necessary permits to ensure regulatory compliance and project accountability.
Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Stay updated on emerging industry trends and incorporate best practices to enhance project outcomes and organizational standards.
Skills and Qualification   A bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is preferred; a master’s degree is a plus.
3-5 years of experience in structural design and engineering, ideally within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
Proficiency in structural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit.
Familiarity with local building codes, standards, and sustainability practices.
Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to quality and safety.
