Graham is actively recruiting for an Estimator supporting the Services Division. Reporting to the Director of Estimating, the Estimator plays a key role in supporting the success of the Services Division through expertise in cost analysis and project planning.

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site

• Determine project scope and analyze design criteria to recommend optimal solutions based on cost, quality, and material availability
• Compile and evaluate third-party bids for materials and subcontractor pricing, ensuring comprehensive and competitive estimates
• Quantify and draft cost estimates for labor, equipment, materials, and subtrades using company-standard estimating programs
• Collaborate with project teams to identify risks, cost mitigation strategies, and opportunities for project savings and innovation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support Graham’s core values

The Right Tools for the Job

• Education:
  Diploma or degree in a related post-secondary program
• Experience: 1–5 years of construction-related or drafting experience
• Software:
  Proficiency in MS Excel and interpretation of design drawings. Experience with estimating software, BIM modeling, and quantification tools (Primavera, Autocad, Bluebeam, Agtek) is an asset
