Electrical Supervisor – Wabasca

Role Summary:
We are seeking a licensed Electrical Journeyperson, with supervisor experience to join our team in Wabasca.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate, coordinate, direct, and schedule site personnel to ensure project objectives are met
• Assist with the optimizations of mechanical and electrical design drawings
• Assist in preparation and negotiation of mechanical and electrical subcontracts
• Monitor the overall progress of the project an take corrective action where necessary
• Maintains a respectful and engaging work environment for all employees
• Ensures that PTW policies and project procedures are being adhered to, including PTW's Health Safety, Security and Environmental Policies
• Maintain a good working relationship with customers, consultants, and subcontractors
• Prepare and review reports on progress, costs, materials used and adjust work schedules as required
• Accountable for compliance with the union agreement
• Prepare overall work plan and schedule in conjunction with Site Superintendent and Project Manager

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Licensed Electrical Journeyperson (Red Seal preferred)
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience industrial and oil field experience
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol pre-access test
• Must have applicable safety tickets (H2S Alive, First Aid, Fall protection, MEWP, CSO, ESTS)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to site

  Varies based on experience

  14 days on, 14 days off
• Camp provided
• $50 LOA per day and 4 hours paid travel time
