Airswift is seeking experienced Oil & Gas Operators to join our talent network for upcoming opportunities. We are looking for individuals with 5+ years of experience in operations, ideally with exposure to owner‑operator environments
.
Successful candidates will bring strong operational discipline, sound judgment, and a proven ability to work safely in complex oil and gas facilities. Backgrounds that include field operations, control room support, equipment monitoring, isolations, and permitting are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities- Perform safe and efficient field or plant operations in accordance with established procedures
- Conduct equipment checks, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting
- Support isolations, permitting, and safe work processes
- Communicate effectively with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams
- Maintain accurate logs, documentation, and shift handover notes
- Uphold strong safety culture and operational integrity standards
- 5+ years of oil and gas operations experience - Ideally in SAGD, heavy oil or petrochemical
- Experience working in or alongside owner‑operator organizations
- Strong understanding of safe work practices, PTW systems, and operational risk management
- Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
- Solid communication and situational awareness skills
